Each athlete will train in our comprehensive Athlete Development Program. These highly specialized training programs are specifically engineered to maximize all the developmental properties of athleticism to give every player - regardless of sport - the tools necessary to reach their athletic goals. Divided into two specific programs, The Movement Development Program and The Strength Development Program, The Everett Performance Team will transform every athlete from good to great and injury prone to full time participant. Each training session combines the most proven and current training methods with positive athlete education in a small group yet personalized setting. Each class is a positive developmental atmosphere focused on achieving successful athletic experiences for years to come. 

The Movement Development Program focuses specifically on the development of multidimensional athletic movement categories such as:

  • Dynamic Flexibility
  • Speed and Quickness Development
  • Multi-Directional Agility
  • Biomechanics and Movement Efficiency
  • Reaction Improvement
  • Energy System Development
  • Balance and Stability Development
  • Injury Prevention

The Strength Development Program focuses on Certified Strength Training education in age appropriate/ developmentally based classes for all level athletes. This includes:

  • Strength training and education taught by certified professionals.
  • Olympic Lift education for explosive power development
  • Total Body Strength Development
  • Core Strength
  • Joint Stability
  • Sports Specific Strength for continuous skill improvement and injury prevention.

All athletes are given a baseline athletic assessment to determine their levels of Speed, Strength, and Stamina, and retested on a monthly basis to ensure athletic improvement. Each session is a 60 minute class sessions with developmentally based training groups.
