Mike was born and raised in Everett, WA, and graduated from Lake Stevens H. S. He went on to play football for Western Washington University where he became team captain his senior year and named All Conference Defensive End. Mike continued his football career as both a fullback and defensive end in Austria, playing for the Graz Giants of the European American Football League. For six years Mike not only played but worked as an assistant coach, the team Head Athletic Trainer, and the Strength and Conditioning Coach.

Mike brings extensive experience in the field of rehabilitation, working for over 20 years in Sports Physical Therapy.  Mike has a passion for performance and functional based Physical Therapy to get you back on the field, court, play, or work free of pain and functioning at your highest potential.

I received an undergraduate degree in Exercise Science from the University of Montana. I then continued my education at the University of St. Augustine in Florida. I received my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of St. Augustine in April 2007. Since graduation I have focused my training in manual therapy as well as functional exercise. I enjoy working with a variety of patient populations and meeting the challenges for rehab with each individual.

Spending time with my beautiful wife and wonderfully mischievous son.

Emily Durban, DPT

Performance Physical Therapist

Emily grew up in Big Bear Lake, California. In 2005, she graduated from the University of Redlands with a Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature and Art History.  After college she worked as an assistant lacrosse coach for the University of Redlands, specializing in defense and transition offence. Desiring to work more closely with enhancing the physical performance of athletes, especially those requiring rehabilitation, she moved to Washington to pursue a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Puget Sound, which she obtained in 2010. While in graduate school, Emily continued coaching as an assistant coach to the Loggers.  She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, and enjoys working with all patient populations, with a focus on manual therapy and functional training.

Interests

Coaching, playing any type of sport, getting caught in the rain and long walks on the beach.

Everett Sports Performance Director

Originally from Liverpool, NY, Jordan is responsible for direction of Everett Sports Performance Center and Athletic Trainer Coordination for both Everett Physical Therapy and Integrated Rehabilitation Group. He is formerly an assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach and Assistant Coach at the Division I, III, and Junior College level, as well as coach for youth athletics (multiple sports) at the High School level. He has also spent time assisting in the growth of numerous Sports Performance facilities (corporate, franchised, and individual), and training opportunities around the country as a member of Velocity Sports Performance, Nike SPARQ, Ignition Athletic Performance Group, and API. As a part and leader of these performance teams, he has had the privilege of working and training numerous youth, collegiate, MLS, MLB, NHL, NLL, CFL, and NFL players to reach their full potential.

Over the years he has facilitated a number of athletic opportunities for youth athletes through community outreach, non-profit fundraising, and positive business development through numerous charitable partnerships and sponsorships. Jordan holds a BS from St. Lawrence University and is also a certified member through the NSCA, USAW, and holds a number of youth coaching certifications. He has also spent 6 years as a former MLS and USL player for 5 different clubs, including winning a MLS Championship as a member of the 2007 Houston Dynamo.

Kevin Anderson, CPT, CSCS

Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist

Kevin is a homegrown product of the northwest.  A graduate from Everett High School (2001) and then went on to get his bachelor's degree in kinesiology from Washington State University (2006).  In college he received his C-PT certification from the NSCA.  He has been working for Integrated Rehabilitation Group since 2006 and obtained his CSCS in 2007.  In his 3 years here he has trained numerous middle school and high school soccer, football, baseball/softball, volleyball, lacrosse, hockey, golf, track & field, and wrestling.  He has trained the Silvertips, Washington Stealth, EvCC baseball players, Everett Hawks players, division 1 and 2 football players, division 1 and 2 track and field athletes, a member of the US ski team, numerous speed camps in the Washington area, ran hockey camps with Everett’s first "star" Mitch Love.  He is also the head sprinting coach at Everett High School, and an assistant coach on the EHS football team.

When Kevin is not coaching he enjoys playing all sports especially golf, hanging out with friends/family, and being outside next to the BBQ.

Certified Athletic Trainer, Personal Trainer, member of the NATA and NSCA

Erin is a recent transplant from Pennsylvania where she attended West Chester University for her B.S. in Sports Medicine. While at WCU, Erin competed on the Downhill Ski Racing team, leading the Women's team as the first seed racer throughout her junior and senior year and was the Head Coach for the 2009 season.

Erin is currently Head Athletic Trainer at Mariner High School, works with the Washington Stealth Professional Lacrosse Team and Everett Community College sports teams.

She is also a health and fitness writer for LiveStrong and has been featured in Smart Magazine as a highlighted area fitness specialist.

Erin enjoys Yoga and competing in adventure races when not working with athletes.

Head Athletic Trainer, Everett Silvertips Hockey Team.

Chris is a graduate of the University of New Mexico, earning a Masters in Sports Administration, along with serving as a Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer for the University of New Mexico athletics department. He has also worked with the New Mexico Scorpions, of the Central Hockey League; the St. Paul Saints, a minor-league baseball team; and completed a season-long internship with the Minnesota Timberwolves. Chris is the head Athletic Trainer and Strength and Conditioning coach for The Everett Silvertips Hockey Team.

Jessica was born and raised in Shoreline, WA and attended Shorewood High School. After graduating from Western Washington University with a degree in Exercise Science Jessica pursued multiple directions before finding massage therapy. She enjoys working with a wide variety of clients and populations, particularly sports and treatment massage. Jessica worked as a massage therapist for the Washington Stealth lacrosse team this past season.

Licensed Massage Therapist

Kit is a graduate of Seattle Massage School and has been working as a licensed massage practitioner since 1994 in Bellevue and Mill Creek. She has basic training in Trager, reflexology, and aroma therapy and advanced training in Thai Massage, and infant massage instruction. In June of 2009 Kit received a Bachelors degree in Exercise Science from Bastyr University in the hopes of combining strength and conditioning with relaxation and postural awareness to more effectively help clients in becoming pain free. The goal of Kit’s massage treatment is to help educate clients of their own body mechanics and to integrate body/mind awareness into everyday life.
